Because we make all our own furniture we know how much hard work and effort goes into every single piece we manufacture. Using quality materials is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your bedroom for many years to come. That’s why we are happy to guarantee all our furniture for 10 years.

To qualify for the extended 10-year warranty you must complete your registration within 6 months from the purchase date and you will need the following information to hand:-

  • Installation date information
  • Purchase date information
  • Bedroom reference number(s) from your Hepplewhite Retailer

Furniture Aftercare Guide

We have produced a small guidance booklet that describes how to make small adjustments to your furniture as it is used.
