The health and well-being of everyone associated with Hepplewhite is of utmost importance to us. First and foremost, we hope that you and your families are keeping well during these challenging and unprecedented times, we deeply appreciate your continued interest in our brand and we wanted to reassure you about a few things.
We continue to monitor the situation with regards to COVID-19 daily and follow the advice of the UK government and the World Health Organisation in taking measures to minimise the impact on public health.
For those of you looking to place an order our online ordering facility as is fully operational. You can also place orders via email using our trade orders email address.
Our team is fully aware of your concerns in these worrying times and adhering to new measures put in place which include routinely sanitising and washing their hands, increased cleaning of all equipment and facilities as well as applying a no hand shaking & social distancing policy to ensure everyone is safe.
Our factory continues to run as normal and we can supply your fitted furniture order within the normal lead times.
We hope this email brings a little reassurance to you about our services, and if anything does change, we will of course update you right away, but for now it’s business as usual.
